Passionate about supporting organisations to navigate the complex adaptive systems that pervade today’s world, I have been advisor to and accountable manager for significant strategic, future building initiatives in Asia Pacific and the United Kingdom.
I believe in the power of natural networks, perspective diversity and systems dynamics to increase organisational adaptive capacity and resilience in order to execute strategy, catalyse and sustain innovation and change, and disrupt unhelpful paradigms. I am practiced in the techniques that make this possible.
I have co-designed and delivered various projects with global thought-leaders on complexity, knowledge sharing and decision making. As a Fellow of the Omega Centre University College of London, I advised Volvo Research Institute’s international programme into Mega Urban Transport Projects on the use of complexity techniques.
I support my practical experience with research and applied thought leadership. I have spent many years studying and researching system, organisation, and human dynamics. I hold a Masters by Research in Business Strategy from the University of Greenwich, UK where I was also a visiting lecturer on the MBA (International Finance) programme.
